We buy distressed single family houses, in any condition, that can be repaired and rehabbed for a fair price.

REHABBING

We rehab the distressed properties we purchase, which can include replacing plumbing, electrical system, air conditioning / heating systems, exterior siding, interior walls, insulation, roofs, doors, windows, flooring and / or fixtures. Each property is unique and has different needs. Our goal is to make each rehab a nice, safe, secure and energy efficient place for someone to live. These properties will not be the nicest house on the block but they will not have the nicest house on the block price tag either.

SELLING

We offer properties that we have rehabbed for sale to investors, landlords and owner occupants. These properties are nice, clean and safe and do not last long due to their quality and affordable price.
